Carolina Restrepo
Operations Director · Medellín
I came in with a decision I'd been circling for months. The session didn't give me an answer — it helped me realise I already knew what I wanted to do. That sounds simple but it wasn't easy to get there on my own. The written reflection was something I reread three times in the following week.

Three months with Andrés shifted something I can't fully explain. The fortnightly rhythm suited me well — enough time between sessions to actually live with what came up, rather than just talk about it. The journal was more useful than I expected. I'm not someone who writes, but it became a habit.

Lucía Montoya
General Manager · Medellín
I was preparing to move from a regional role to a national one — a big step that I wasn't entirely sure I was ready for. The Leadership Study helped me understand my own patterns clearly enough to walk into that new role with a bit more steadiness. The feedback gathering was handled very discreetly.

What I appreciated most was that Valentina didn't try to fix me. She was just present, attentive, and very precise with her questions. We covered a period of professional uncertainty, and I left each session with less weight than I came in with. It's not a dramatic thing — more like a gradual clearing.

Executive Director · NGO · Medellín
I had a single Reflection Session at a moment when I was genuinely stuck between two very different directions for our organisation. It was a two-hour conversation that I'm not sure I could have had with anyone in my immediate environment. Jorge asked a question near the end that I'm still sitting with.

The Leadership Study was probably the most useful professional development I've done — partly because it wasn't presented as development. It was presented as a conversation. The development plan they put together was genuinely mine, not a template with my name on it. I refer back to it.

A closer look at the work
Case Study 01 · Growth Companion
The challenge
A co-founder in a fast-growing Medellín startup had begun to notice a pattern: she was effective at work but found the pace was eroding her sense of direction. She needed to think about the company's next phase without letting immediate pressure dominate every conversation.
The engagement
A three-month Growth Companion with fortnightly sessions. Early conversations focused on her leadership role; later ones explored how she wanted to be present as the company scaled. Between sessions, the journal helped her notice patterns she hadn't previously made time to observe.
What shifted
By month three, she had made two structural decisions about her role that she'd been avoiding for over a year. She described feeling "less reactive" to the day-to-day. The engagement continued into a second three-month period at her request.
"I came to understand things about how I lead that I'd sensed for a long time but had never quite named."
Case Study 02 · Leadership Study
The challenge
A director at a mid-sized Antioquia firm had been shortlisted for a broader executive role. He was technically well-prepared but felt uncertain about the interpersonal demands the larger position would bring — particularly managing people who had previously been peers.
The engagement
A six-session Leadership Study. The feedback gathering (handled with care and discretion) surfaced some useful observations from two colleagues and one direct report. Sessions explored his leadership identity, his defaults under pressure, and the shift in relationship dynamics the new role would require.
What shifted
He accepted the role and described the development plan as something he still consults regularly — not as instructions, but as a reminder of the thinking he'd done. Within six months, his new team rated his management presence notably higher than his predecessor's.
"The plan isn't a checklist. It's more like a mirror I can pick up when I need to remember what I decided."
