How Cóndor came to be
Cóndor began in Medellín in early 2019, when two colleagues noticed something they couldn't stop thinking about. The leaders they knew — capable, committed people — often had no private place to work through the harder parts of their roles. Boards and peers came with agendas. Coaches came with frameworks. What was missing was simply space.
They started quietly, taking one conversation at a time. Word spread, not through marketing, but through people who found the work useful and mentioned it to someone else. By mid-2022, a small team had formed around a shared belief: that a well-placed question, asked without urgency, can open more than a room full of advice.
Today Cóndor works with executives and founders across Colombia — some at crossroads, some preparing for a new chapter, some just needing a clear hour to think. The practice has grown carefully, keeping each engagement personal and unhurried.

What we are here for
Our mission is simple and specific: to offer leaders in Colombia a genuinely private space where they can think more clearly. Not coaching by formula, not consulting by report — just careful, attentive work shaped around each person.
We believe that most leaders already hold the answers they're looking for. What they need is a patient partner who can help them hear themselves — someone without a stake in the outcome, without an agenda to push.
We measure our work not by frameworks delivered but by the clarity a leader carries away from each conversation. When someone leaves with a steadier sense of what matters and what to do next, that is enough.

Andrés has worked in organisational consulting across Colombia and the Andean region for fourteen years. He has a particular interest in leadership transitions and the quiet pressure that comes with senior responsibility.
Valentina Murillo
Executive Coach
Valentina trained in executive coaching in Bogotá and has since worked with leaders in finance, technology, and social enterprise. She brings a calm and thoughtful presence to every conversation she holds.
Jorge Torres
Development Advisor
Jorge advises executives preparing for larger roles, drawing on a background in strategy consulting and a long-standing interest in how people grow through professional challenge.

Standards we hold ourselves to
Strict confidentiality
Nothing from a session is shared with any third party. Not anonymised, not summarised, not referenced elsewhere. The boundary is firm.
No advice unless asked
We don't push our views on what you should do. Our role is to help you think, not to fill the silence with opinions.
Unhurried sessions
We do not end a session the moment an hour passes. If the conversation needs more room, we give it room.
Written follow-ups
After key sessions, we send a short written note — not minutes, but a quiet reflection on what emerged. Something to return to.
Flexible pacing
Engagements are shaped around your schedule, your energy, and what's actually happening in your work and life at the time.
Honest fit assessment
If what you need is better served by someone else, we'll say so. We'd rather point you in a useful direction than hold an engagement that isn't working.

What sits beneath the work
Business consulting in Colombia often carries an expectation of energy and authority — a consultant who arrives with answers. Cóndor was built on a different premise. We think the most useful consulting is patient, and that patient attention is itself a form of expertise.
Our consultants come from backgrounds in organisational development, executive advising, and leadership research. They are skilled at listening for what isn't being said — for the assumption under the question, or the concern behind the stated challenge. This takes time to learn and longer to do well.
We work across industries and sectors. Founders of growing companies, directors preparing for boards, executives moving between roles — each engagement is different in its content, similar in its character. A quiet hour. A careful question. A short note left behind.
Cóndor is based in Medellín and serves leaders throughout Antioquia and beyond. Sessions are available in person or by video call. We work in Spanish and English.
